I spent years working remotely. I know how hard it is to create a real moment of connection — to set up an atmosphere where people actually open up.

So I tried something different. I cooked with my team online. And it worked.

Cooking has always been the other side of my life — professional kitchen experience, and a genuine obsession with learning new techniques and cuisines. It made sense to bring both worlds together.
