From dough to plate. You'll discover the different shapes of pasta, when to use each one, and how to master the classic sauces that have made Italian cooking timeless. Cooking is one of the few activities where people naturally slow down, focus on the same thing, and talk without an agenda. That's what makes it different from most team buildings.

Make fresh pasta from scratch and cook it with a classic sauce — all live together from your own kitchen.
GOOD TO KNOW
Contains gluten and eggs. Dietary adaptations available on request.
HOW IT WORKS
Everyone joins live from their own kitchen. I guide the group through each step in real time — sessions run about 1.5 hours, for groups of up to 20 people.
