You'll learn the technique behind the perfect paella — how to choose the right rice, build the socarrat, and understand the history and culture behind Spain's most iconic dish. Cooking is one of the few activities where people naturally slow down, focus on the same thing, and talk without an agenda. That's what makes it different from most team buildings.

HOW IT WORKS

Everyone joins live from their own kitchen. I guide the whole group through each step in real time — sessions run about 1.5 hours, for groups of up to 20 people.
